Returns

Please contact Live Chat to initiate your return.

• Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

• Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

• After 14 days, we only offer repair services under our Restoration & Repair Warranty.

Refund Eligibility

• Full-Price Items: Eligible for refund or exchange. Return shipping is free.

• Sale Items: Can be returned for store credit only, minus $16 shipping fee.

• Final Sale Items (discounted 40%+): Not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect and confirm condition. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Items missing original packaging or accessories will not be refunded.

Exchanges

If your item arrived damaged, we will replace it. Contact Live Chat within 14 days to begin the exchange.

Return Shipping

We’ll email you a PDF return label once your request is approved.
Free for full-price items; for sale items, the return fee will be deducted from your refund.

We encourage you to ask questions before purchasing to reduce unnecessary returns and help the environment.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped to you directly, you will receive store credit as a gift certificate. If not, we will refund the purchaser.
